Waterfront lunch spot on Long Island North Shore

Can anyone recommend a good place for lunch in the Oyster Bay/Bayville area. A water view would be great - it just matters that the food is good!

This is a teeny bit out of our zone, but I am such a hound dog for waterfront dining that I can hit this.

Here are three in Bayville. I like the top two, the Breakers is more casual with a local feel. All of which is good, too, of course.

Since you%26#39;ve gotten no replies, I%26#39;ll just say, it%26#39;s been years since I was in Bayville, and the places on the water were never fine dining but mostly family type seafood and Italian. I did some looking online and it sounds like Bayville has been gussied up a bit, but it doesn%26#39;t sound like the food%26#39;s all that terrific at the waterfront places. Most sound like they%26#39;re better for drinks and appetizers.

Pine Island Grill looks nice but reviews say pricey and not worth it.

Hope someone else can help. ;)

Sorrrrry. Didn%26#39;t see Natif%26#39;s post before. ;)

The Mill River Inn does not have a water view-but a very nice rest with wonderful food.I have eaten here several times for dinner. It is always rated high in Zagats. It is located in Oyster Bay Cove.
