jersey gardens & electronics shopping?

hi all,

I was told Jersey gardens is best place for outlet stores in NY. Is this true?

Also is it far and how would I get there from Lexington ave where we are staying - is it better to get a cab there?

Also we want to buy a camcorder so we were told Best Buy, Circuit City or Frys are best electronics stores - again is this correct?
