Hi Guys,

We are off to NY next week and whilst there fancy getting married.

Having read some of the posts Staten Island appeals, however can anyone tell me if I get the licence in Manhattan does this allow us to marry in Staten Island or do I have to get the licence from Staten Island ?

You can get the licence at any of the Borough Halls and marry at a different one.

We did this by getting the licence in Manhattan and getting married at Brooklyn.

There is only one City Clerk. His office has branches in all five boroughs -- but since it is all the same city, naturally the City Clerk%26#39;s office (and the Marriage Bureau is part of that) in any borough accepts anything done at any other borough.
