My husband and I are trying to book a hotel for the weekend of November 2-4 and it seems a lot of the hotels are already booked up. Funny enough, we were just in New York City in August and had no trouble booking and I would have thought the summer would have been busier. I was wondering if someone could tell me if there is a holiday that weekend. Or is it that everyone loves New York City as much as I do???? We also heard on the radio all the way up here in Toronto that there might be a Broadway strike in November please say it isn%26#39;t so. Thanks.
Something going on November 2nd weekend?The New York City Marathon is on the 4th. Also, October - December is just a busy time in New York. October weather is great and then in November people stream into the city for Christmas shopping, shows, decorations and other events.
