can anyone suggest a place to meet nr times square?

we go to NY in 3 weeks and our friends are there at the same time. we want to %26#39;%26#39;bump into them%26#39;%26#39; as a suprise.

obviously we%26#39;ve told the husband that we%26#39;re going @ the same time as them (but we want to shock his wife and daughter)

the only place i can think of is outside the NYPD office in times square, but we%26#39;d prefer to suprise them in a pub.

the problem is that we don%26#39;t know any.!!

any advice please...........

There are plenty of places to meet. I would suggest a chain because they are easy to recognize , You can meet at any of these restaurants olive garden , Red lobster, Bubba Grumps, ESPN zone, Hawaiian Tropic zone and then take it from there, if you do not desire these places.

Addresses are pretty easy to recognize, as well.

Yes! I am sure that they can recognize an address. The places I suggested STAND OUT! Meaning easy to find, especially for people trying to meet in Times square.

is it something to do with seafood? is it near tussaurds waxworks? or near the NYPD office?

just to make sure, there is only one BG in times sq?

i would take my mobile but last time i was in usa it didn%26#39;t work. we%26#39;d hate to be in NYC and not meet up.

Okay ..... if you all have any interest in seeing Madame Trassaud Wax Museum .... then why not have your friend%26#39;s husband take her at an exact time and you can look for them in the museum. You all can have some laughs too with all the celebrity characters. Though you will have to pay the admittance fee.

I believe Bubba Grumps that is the only one in times square.

lotus path, that%26#39;s a brilliant idea , but we went last year and don%26#39;t wanna do it so soon again (also the high entry price!).

tmoo6, if that%26#39;s the only BG in that area think we%26#39;ll go for that. we will find it (gotta vague idea) and hope they will as it%26#39;s their 1st time in NY........and we%26#39;re gonna spoil it for them ....LOL
