Only have a few minutes, but trying to give some back as this site has helped me a great deal many time. Took my 17 yr old daughter on a dad/daughter trip before she heads out to college. We came primarily to see our beloved GIANTS play in the Meadowlands for the first time. Came in Saturday afternoon and came back this morning.
1. Stayed at the Marriott Courtyard times square on 40th. Very nice, great people, tall and skinny hotel that was in a great location, but enough away from TS to be quiet. No bar or full service restaurant all day and ice only available in the lower lobby. However, location, price, etc all very good. I%26#39;d stay here again for sure.
2. GIANTS game was awesome in every way. We walked to the Port Authority and bought round trip bus tickets to the Meadowlands for $10 each. Took no time and aside from a long, not very well planned out line, was a great way to go. 10 minute walk to the PA from our hotel. Game was great; tics via EBAY. Paid too much, but what the heck.
3. John%26#39;s Pizza was wonderful, quick and the price was right before our show.
4. Legally Blonde was amazing. No deep thinking here, just put a smile on both of our faces all night. It was a blast and I%26#39;d recommend for virtually anyone (perhaps not all teenaged boys). Great show.
5. Juniors for cheesecake back at the room was fun.
6. ESPN Zone for watching the early games and a burger a lot of fun.
