One Long Weekender in NYC w/large crew...advice please?

Virgin Poster so bare with me.......

My Football Team (not the loutish types) are taking a trip to NYC 7th-12th November. There are 12 of us and we need advice on places to stay (we have a mixture of people from the less well-off to v. well-off) - looking for something a bit different - could be modern, artistic, rustic, Maybe an apartment or an old-skool b%26amp;b or a house in the Burbs - as long as it%26#39;s not your average digs

Also looking for some amazing, different activities for daytimes and evenings. Something that really shows off the City. Also some ideas for restaurants - I%26#39;m going to take them to Sea Thai Bistro in Billyberg and that should wet their appetites - but we%26#39;re there for a few nights so if you can come up with something spectacular then i%26#39;m all ears.

I love NYC, lived there for a while and have a few ideas, but there%26#39;s nothing like pooling your ideas together for one hell of a trip.

Whatever you can do, whatever you can advise - it%26#39;s really appreciated....

Peace!

Macca

I would say a B%26amp;B might work out. You still will have to divide.

Try this site www.bedandbreakfast.com

I would suggest these 3 B%26amp;B%26#39;s--

Jack %26amp; Judy%26#39;s

1871 house

Chelsea lodge

Hotels that are reasonable are

The wolcott

The travel inn

. The wellington

The buckingham

Murray Hill east suites

The Affina group of hotels. They have suites with kitchens

Best western hospitality house.

We just had a meet up in Tracy J%26#39; watering hole, nice sports bar for groups and reasonable prices to start off your night.pictures are posted on Ta now under posting meet up pictures.

If you are going to do plenty of activities the new york pass maybe worth while to you.

12?

separate beds?

if so, that means 6 rooms

Waiting until now will limit your hotel choices and many of the B%26amp;Bs don%26#39;t have that many rooms in the building and if they did, they aren%26#39;t all going to be empty.
