It%26#39;s finally October - that means in exactly 4 weeks from today I should be just about ready to land in Newark!

I cannot wait. Just have to get through the next 2 weeks of work and I%26#39;ll finally be able to get organised for it.

Am I getting excited???? I am already ridiculously excited! Im just in the door from work and the first thing I do is go onto the interent - check the dollar rate against the euro becuase I can%26#39;t decide when to change my money, and then come onto this thing because everybody at home is sick of hearing me talk about it so at least people share my love of new york on this!

I leave in 12 days!

Three more sleeps! Arriving October 4. Departing October 11, with body likely 8 pounds heavier, and further weighed down by all my great finds.

Only 23 more sleeps for me. My friends %26amp; I arrive October 24th and leave on the 28th. I%26#39;m really getting excited now!

30 days until I fly down to Heathrow for a flight out the next morning so I kind of fall into the November Roll Call but I%26#39;m too excited so I%26#39;m nudging in on this one........

I guess I%26#39;ll allow it ange considering I%26#39;ll still be there until Nov 2nd!!!!!!!!!

I fly from Heathrow in 9 days time. I can%26#39;t wait. Im so excited!

I%26#39;m so excited, I can barely wait! Also a little nervous as well, how stupid is that!

15 more sleeps till I fly with hubby and son 19yrs and daughter 12 yrs to New York for our first ever trip.

Have all things now listed to do just need to put them into a day by day order to get the best out of it.

Hope weather good. its turned very wet and chilly here in Hampshire over the last few days.

Anyone any experience of what to wear in New york in october.
