Department Store Coupons In Newspapers?

Do department stores like Macy%26#39;s, Bloomingdales and Lord %26amp; Taylor pubish coupons in any of the newspapers? If they do, is there any particular paper they usually appear in? They put them in the Houston Chronicle, so I thought if they do the same in NYC, just picking up a paper might be easier than going to the visitors desk for the coupons.

The Daily news or the New York Times may have coupons. I think you might have better luck with Macy%26#39;s. I usually see them for holiday sales or The sunday papers are usually best.

Those 3 stores all offer visitors 11-15% discounts on most things (not cosmetics) if you register at the customer service desk prior to shopping with ID that shows you live elsewhere. I don%26#39;t know if any of them use the paper for coupons or whether those offers can be combined. L %26amp; T sends coupons to their mailing list.

I don%26#39;t know if they are published all year round but Macy%26#39;s certainly places coupons in the Times around Xmas. And yes, we were able to combine these with our visitor%26#39;s discount for massive savings.

I noticed that there were coupons for various stores in the free local travel brochures available in hotel lobbies also.

I didn%26#39;t know that L%26amp;T extends an extra discount to visitors. But you can go to their office and request coupons.

also, I%26#39;ve never checked (because they mail me so many) but a coworker says you can print Lord %26amp; Taylor coupons off their web site.
